Conestoga will be initiating some changes, effective Spring 2025 (May 1), with respect to our Educator Development programming. Compensation for attendance in the mandatory training which new faculty complete through Teaching and Learning’s Teaching at Conestoga micro-credential will continue at the current rate of $40.00 per hour.
While additional opportunities will continue to be offered for workshops, courses, and micro-credentials, attendance in these sessions will not be compensable. Educator Development workshops (EDV) and courses (EDEV) will continue to be provided free of charge for those currently teaching at Conestoga.
